  • Meet with prospective tenants to show unit.
  • Full execution of the rental agreement and the related State of Maine required disclosures to accompany a walk-through inspection report at the time of move-in.

  • Eviction Process – (Forcible Entry Detainer – FED) We go to court for you!

What Fees Does RVPM Charge as My Property Manager?

Our standard fee for service is $145. per month per unit, for under 5 units, $125, per unit for 5 units or more billed Yearly. 
Appox. 8% per unit but includes discounted labor and Evictions ( serving and court time ) We go to court for you at no additional charges.
However, as an RVPM client you will be entitled to receive discounts on all operational services you would typically encounter as an owner such as maintenance, labor and FED court fees. This can substantially offset our management fee.
From rent invoicing and lease renewal to repair and maintenance, we take care of it all.
